We recommend booking in October or early November to secure your preferred installation date. The holiday season fills up quickly, so early booking is strongly advised.
Do you provide the lights, or do I need to supply them?
We supply all lights and materials as part of our service. We use commercial-grade LED lights that are energy-efficient, long-lasting, and look spectacular.
What happens if a bulb burns out during the season?
We include mid-season maintenance in our service. If any bulbs burn out or issues arise, simply call us and we'll come out to fix it at no additional charge.
When do you take the lights down?
We schedule takedown after the holiday season, typically in January. We carefully remove and store all lights for the following year.
